Diagnose the cause.
Then plan the repair.
Filling and draining do not prove that a dishwasher is circulating water correctly during the wash cycle. Cleaning results can also be affected by loading, spray coverage and other operating conditions. We examine the stage at which the problem appears and check the relevant components before recommending a repair.
Before your service visit
Tell us whether you can hear water spraying after the machine fills and whether water remains when the cycle ends. Send any error code along with the model number. Note where a leak appears and whether it happens at the beginning, middle or end of a cycle. You do not need to remove the dishwasher to collect this information.
A repair decision that makes sense
The condition of the tub, racks and installation matters alongside the repair estimate. We explain the identified fault and parts availability so you can weigh the cost of repair against replacing the appliance. Access or installation issues can be discussed before work proceeds.
